Scenic Trail Rides in Palmer, AK
This trail ride up the Butte takes you up hills, down hills, and through trees. You may see wildlife along the way, like foxes, bald eagles, porcupines, and more, as well as amazing views of Pioneer Peak, Knik Glacier, Sleeping Lady, Cook Inlet, and farms throughout the valley.
Our starting date is contingent on weather. Our trail ride goes up the Butte, and for safety, the trail must be clear of ice and snow or heavy mud before we can safely ride. As we get closer to mid-May, we can get a better idea of when we can begin trail rides.
We go in most weather; however, heavy rain and windy conditions make for an unsafe environment. Your ride may be changed or canceled due to weather. We contact you by phone if this is the case, or you can call the farm to verify if the weather is questionable. Keep in mind, our weather may vary from where you are coming from.
